Requirements
- A valid original passport with sufficient space for a visa and one photo copy of its face page
- A valid Australian visa
- Visa sticker on your passport, or
- Visa Grant Notice Letter, or
- Visa status confirmation from the Visa Entitlement Verification Online (VEVO) system--Click here to go to the VEVO of the Australian Immigration
- Visa application form (PDF format
) duly completed and signed by the applicant (*application form sample

- You must answer all the questions. If there is nothing to write for a particular question, please write "None" or "N/A".
- Russia, CIS countries and Georgia nationals need to submit 2 visa application forms.
- This form is not necessary for eVISA application.
- One 4.5cm*3.5cm or 2in*2in size passport standard photo attached to the application form.
- Glue only, please do not staple or tape.
- White background only
- It has to be taken within the past 6 months.
- Do not use any filter/editor such as smoothing skins, slimming your shape of face, and etc.
- Follow the Photo requirements
- Russia, CIS countries and Georgia nationals need to submit 2 photos.
- A copy of E-ticket or flight details (full flight details from an accredited travel agent or airline.)
- Complete flight itinerary, starting from Australia, and returning to Australia or your home country, including any stops in other countries.

- Flight itinerary need to include Traveller's name, departure & arrival dates and time.
- If you do not plan to come back to Australia, all the flights to your home country are required.
- You do not need to purchase your airline tickets, but we do require a confirmed reservation. We are not responsible for tickets which may be unusable due to the delay or denial of a visa.
- Complete flight itinerary, starting from Australia, and returning to Australia or your home country, including any stops in other countries.

- If you travel with a tour-group, tour confirmation with applicant's name and tour itinerary issued by a tour agent are necessary.
- Bank statement which show applicant's travel funds and financial ability
- Your savings or investment accounts (including the internet banking statement) showing the sufficient travel funds which is not older than 1 month recent with your name & address. (Proof of balance is accepted.)
- If you cannot submit your own bank statement, when you apply for a child's application, alternatively, the following documents will be acceptable;
- Partner's bank statement & Marriage Certificate (with the English translation)
- Parent's bank statement in Australia & your Birth Certificate (with the English translation)
- If you visit your friends/relatives residing in Japan –
- an invitation letter
from the person, including the person's name, signature and address, and
- a copy of his / her passport photo page and a proof of residential address such as a Japanese driver's licence, and
- a copy of Japanese resident card (back & front) must be submitted as well, if your relative is non-Japanese.

- a letter from a school or university stating that the applicant is currently a student. (Australian CoE is not accepted. Please obtain a statement of enrollment from your school.)
Please Note:
- We are not responsible for tickets, which are unusable due to delay or denial of visa.
- Additional documents may be required if necessary.
- Please DO NOT staple documents together or use staple.
- Documents cannot be returned after your submission. Please make copies before you apply if you need original documents.
- Generally, documents for visa purpose needs to be recent one issued within 3 months. We do not accept documents older than 3 months.
- Processing time depends on the applicant's circumstances. In most cases, it takes five working days if the documentation is in order.
