How to book an appointment 

1. Choose the purpose of visit.
2. Select your preferred date and time.
3. After the completion of appointment, you will receive an email of confirmation.
4. Please visit our office on the day with the necessary documents.

• You must have an appointment before visitng our office. Your entry will be refused without an appointment. Please show your confirmation email to our security when you visit us.
• You can change your appointments online. 
• If it's fully booked out on the day, you cannot choose the day on the system.
• We cannot expedite our process unless you have a humane reason.
• Check the necessary documents on our website before you come.
• If you have any missing necessary documents, we cannot accept your applications. In such a case, you need to come back again with a new appointment.
• You can visit us without an appointment for registering the Japanese election card.（9:00-12:30, 14:00-16:00）
• Do not book more than one slot for your purpose of visit. When you change your appointment, cancel your current appointment first before you book another one.
